● This vulcanizer has a welded frame construction with blanchard ground steel plates which ensure a parallel mold with in .032.
● The hydraulic jack (40 ton) with a 6” diameter ram and pressure gauge help maintain the near perfect flat mold.
● Heater platen size are ¾” x 14” square Blanchard ground steel plates.
● Heaters are sandwiched between the plate and a ½” thick piece of ceramic insulation.
● Future C21 digital controls maintain the heater platens at 300Fº plus or minus 3 Fº with a set point range of 300-315F°
● The controller is supported by a digital solid state timer which can be set from 1 minute to 99 hours.
● Power requirements are 220 Volt AC, 50/60 Cycle, 2400 Watts.
● Dimensions 17-1/2” wide, 15-1/2” deep and 37-1/4” high.
